  164. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
  165. Shipping is via US air mail, which takes about a week. Shipment will commence
  166. when clear funds are received. Since it is shipped out of state, we charge no
  167. taxes. We are not aware of any duty or taxes payable by you upon receipt. If
  168. you wish expedited courier service (UPS "RED". 1-2 days), the cost is actual
  169. charges plus $7. This is usually around $60 for a 2 pound (1 kg) package.

  171. Our terms on all ex-USA orders are prepaid via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard,
  172. Discover, AMEX), or check drawn on a USA bank payable (must have 9 digit
  173. Federal Reserve routing number, in MICR font with magnetic ink on the bottom
  174. of the check) through the New York Clearinghouse (not a bank).

  177. If you use your credit card, we require the account number, the expiration
  178. date, the name exactly as it appears on the card, cardholder's signature, 
  179. the billing address for the card, and if possible, a photocopy of same.
